Serán asimismo aplicables a este contrato los porcentajes de elevación de renta previstos en la Ley.

¿Cómo lo pondríais en inglés, foreros?

    The percentage of rent/revenue increases predicted/forecasted in La Ley will similarly be applied to this contract.

    vivir de las rentas, to live off o on private income
    renta vitalicia, annuity
    2 (alquiler) rent


    They will like-wise be applied in this contract to income/rent increases as outlined by the law.
