Go to the manager and set a date for THE next week.

Or

Go to the manager and set a date for next week.

    Next week refers to the week following this one. The next week refers to some specified week in the future.

    For example, I go to Ireland for a week at a time. The next week will be in October.

    I want the date to be set for the week after this one. Today is Thursday. The date should be on any day from next Monday till next Fridayn (working days).

    Today is Thursday. Today I say to my colleague to go to the manager and set a date for any day from next Monday till next Friday (working days).
    This period is next week or the next week if I say 'Go to the manager and set a date for ... week' right here right now?

    According to Myridon's saying, if I say 'next week' right here right now, this will mean the next seven days counting today, but I need to mean from next Monday till next Friday.

    "According to what Myridon said" - I don't have my own sayings/proverbs. I said the week (Sunday through Saturday or Monday through Sunday) containing today, not the week (seven days) starting today.
