Hi,
Is it possible to omit "in" in the above without making a change in meaning? Thanks.

    If you omit the word "in," the sentence would have almost the same meaning. The only difference would be that "sharing" implies everyone does an equal share, and "sharing in" means that everyone does something, not necessarily an equal portion of the work.
