Share your heads in mourning for the children in whom you delight.

What does the part in bold signify?

    Hi Helen.

This comes from the Bible - book of Micah. It's shave your heads, not share. Shaving one's head was a common sign of mourning.

I don't know about that shaving out of mourning. But I'm not a Bible expert, just a reader.

Micah 1:16, Make yourself bald, and cut off your hair for the sons of your delight; make your baldness large like the eagle; for they go into exile from you.
