Which is correct, or better? Or are they both acceptable?

    1. is correct, 2. is not.

    More informally and naturally: "She's the accountant I took my tax report to."

    As you can see from jsharm's reply, there is a difference between bring and take.
    Although brought is not impossible in sentence 1., it is rather unusual.
