Hi, I would please ask you if the expression in bold is correct in the following:
You wrote Amy that she can submit the form again in [month' s name]; she wishes to, however, does she not have to wait X months before being able to resubmit it?

    No, it has to stay. But we don’t normally repeat the whole of what the to refers to. For example:

    Do you want to come to the park?
    No, I don’t want to. (Not: No, I don’t want to come to the park.)​
