Hi all,
I've some doubt about what form a verb should take after sentences like "it is reccommended that/It is advised that...".

For example:
"It is advised that these elements are included..."?
or
"It is advised that these elements be included..."?

"Be" or "should be", not "are".

You can also change the construction if it doesn't change the meaning too much:
"It is advisable for these elements to be included...".

Spelling: recommend has only one c.
