Hi, I met this phrase: A minchia t’à siccari, which is clearly an insult but I don´t get the words well together. One translation says it s: I hope your balls dry up...!
Dry up is which of these words? Siccari?

It s a dialogue of two people who insult each other. I actually don´t understand the other expressions as well:

Alessandro
Ma va’ a morì ammazzata,va - like: Die?
Mendicante
Ti siccassiru i cugghiuna… I hope your balls dry up ??
Alessandro
Se se, stai fresca! poraccia - ?????????
Mendicante
A minchia t’à siccari - Hope your dick drops off??

It is from the film Tutto quello che vuoi.

Thanks!

"Ma va' a morì ammazzata" -> roughly "I hope they kill you".

"Stai fresca! poraccia" -> "You're in trouble!" -> "poraccia" is Roman for "poveraccia", so roughly "disgraziata".
Looks like somebody from Rome is speaking with a Sicilian.
