I am not sure if this sentence is correct : I love music since five years. I mean - since I am 5 years old. Thanks.

The thing that follows "since" has to be something that marks a point in the past.
There are many ways to do this.
"Since I was five" is fine.
    "Since five years" is not.

How about: I've loved music for ... years? Depending on your current age, it would be a possible option as well.
