Could someone help me to translate from POLISH into English the word or expression:

skarbeczek - is a diminutive of skarb

skarbeczku! - (vocative case) my little treasure, jewel, gem!

Not literally it would be : honey, darling. You say Skarbeczku to the person that you like or love.

If someone called you so, they must like you (even really I'd say). You don't usually use this kind of expression very often unless you address someone who you like or love as Marijka said.
As for the formation of this word cajzl is right, though I cannot come up with a context in which I'd use this word in the meaning given by cajzl (unless (s)he meant honey or something like that).
