Slovak: how to say N/A?

Dobrý deň!

I'm in the process of filling out a form in Slovak and am hoping someone can confirm whether the term N/A will be understood in Slovak. If not, what do you write for a question that is not applicable to your situation? I checked various dictionaries and translation sites and can't find a clear answer.

Dakujem

I think many people will understand N/A but it's not universally used.
If an item is not applicable, I usually put in an X or a dash, or write in "nemám" etc.

Sometimes the form instructions specfically say to leave the field blank, in that case I leave it blank. That may be the best option if the form is going to be machine-read, to avoid receiving letters addressed to "Mrs. N/A" and the like :)
