Slovenian: dear, lots of love

Hey everyone!

I have a friend who lives in Ljubljana, and we'll be sending Christmas cards to each other this year and I wanted to put a bit of Slovene inside it to surprise her!

I know 'Vesel Božič' & 'Vesel božič in srečno novo leto' but I'd like to know how to write/format a Christmas card.

So something like this:

Dear/To (Name),

Vesel božič in srečno novo leto!

Lots of love,
From,

(Name)

I was just basically wondering how you would translate the other parts into Slovene.
