Slovenian: pronunctiation of the German -ei-

Hello, I'd like to know how you Slovenians pronounce ei in words of German origin, eg.: Einstein, eidam, Frankenstein, Eiffel...[ai] /Hochdeustch/ or [ei] /Austrian/ Thanks.

The three words that I know are always pronouced as [ai]. I imagine that proper names are pronounced this way.

The words that entered the lower registers of Slovenian language are probably more affected by the regional Austrian variants. Although all that I can find quickly are also with [ai]: Zeitung, Eimer, Streik, Seife, gemein, or some other non-[ ei] variant: Zeichen /a/.
