Hello everybody,
I can't find out a French phrase for "a sow coach". Could someone help me please ? The whole sentence is just : "Come on ! Don't be such a slow coach !"
Thank you in advance for your answers.

I've never heard "slow coach" for "slowpoke" before. A slowpoke is someone who doesn't move very quickly, who takes their time to do something. I suspect that it's derived from "cowpoke" (which is a synonym of "cowboy" and refers specifically to the task of herding cattle).

I could see "slow coach" coming out when someone meant to say "slowpoke." Or maybe it's a term that I'm just not familiar with.

Of course, if the person referred to is actually a coach, that changes things.
