Is the activity "slumber party" positive or negative? I mean whether it's a party where people intake drugs and don't sleep for other pleasure. I supposed it is not good.

A slumber party is for children or teenagers. It just means that friends come for a party and then sleep at the house of their friend. In practice this is almost always a single-sex party, usually of teenage girls.

The house dictionary has an entry
a social gathering typically of teenagers held at the home of one of them for the purpose of sleeping there overnight. Also called pajama party.

I think the most common British term is sleepover. But that’s not restricted to teenagers – it’s certainly used in relation to younger children.
