One of my student sent me a text about IT programmes and all that, and the text often mention SMB. I really don't know what it's all about. Context : "XXX company launches its SMB specific business applications suite".
Same thing for ERP and CRM!! Context : "Organisations are interested in how accounts, ERP and CRM come together"
It sounds Chinese to me!! Can sby explain me?

"SMB" sounds like it could be "Small and Medium Business" (les PME, in French). I'm lost on the ERP and CRM, though...

Do you have more context than this one sentence?

I think CRM = customer relations management; SMB might be small and medium businesses. I've seen ERP but I'm too long retired to remember all such horrible jargon! I think it was something to do with personnel records.

Having seen Pieanne's useful link below, I think ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning in this business context (the personnel records I was thinking of contribute to the grand plan!).
