I am really busy and I am not sure whether I can snatch/spare time to help you.

I wonder in this sentence if snatch and spare are interchangeable.

    I would not use "snatch" at all.

    I am really busy and I am not sure whether I can spare the/any time to help you.

    Snatching time is alas impossible -- I agree with Copyright on that front.

    I would also avoid using "spare," however, as it can often imply that an individual is not worth your time. I would simply say I'm really busy and am not sure I'll/I'd be able to help you.
