What would "snow" mean in this context?

    I've never heard that expression, but if I understand it correctly, it could mean something like the deliberate act to, softly and smoothly but surely and with a specific intention, to convince the other person of something.

    Maybe someone else can elaborate on this?

    Would echar flores mean the same thing?

    Yes, you're right, it could. Although "echar flores" doesn't have to be subtle, and it usually isn't. Still, at the end of the day a guy will do it pretty much for the same reasons: to win a girl over.
