I want to explain how urban population has grown around the world in consideration of demographic change, job and education opportunities. Then, which one is correct or if both do not work , can you help me?

I will explain how urban population has grown in the word form demographic, social, and economic perspectives.

It is probably better to use "socio-economic", but there is nothing wrong with "social and economic perspectives", particularly if you are treating these as separate things in the text.

I suggest you add a comma before "from", to avoid misleading readers into thinking that "from" indicates the origin of the growth: I grew these trees from seed.
