Sogliola in saor

Hi,

I'm translating a menu (not really my forte) and I’m stuck with a few things, so I’ll ask you good people. Here’s one of the courses:

Sogliola in savor

I thought I would have found "sole in savor", but no such luck. I get lots of hits for sardoni and sarde though. The question is, can I just say that it's sole cooked in the same way (for sardines there are recipes) or does "in savor" just mean "tasty" or something similar?

Any clues gratefully received!
