Sole shareholding company

I'm translating a financial text and I have a few problems with this sentence:

Xyz Bank, a sole shareholding company, enrolled in the Bank's register...

is it right to translate the expression "sole shareholding company" as "società a socio unico"?

Yes, I usually translate sole shareholding company as "società a socio unico", or "società con un unico azionista" in Italian.
