Il mio suggerimento è il seguente:

"è fabbricato mediante sintesi peptidica in fase solida ed è....".

La sintesi peptidica può avvenire sia in fase liquida che in fase solida.

La tecnologia più usata ed aggiornata sfrutta la sintesi in fase solida.
