some, others and....?

Hi; sometimes I have difficulties in listing a series of things or actions.... like this one. If I had to say that some do this, others do that... what would the pronoun for the third and last group be? thank you

    I think you can, yes. I prefer Biblio's phrasing but either way would work:
    "Some wear green, others wear blue, still others wear red."
    "Some wear green, others wear blue, others wear red."

    It may be better to start again and write the sentence differently.
    That's often the best escape.
    Failing that, I like biblio's suggestion:
    some ...
    some ...
    some ...

    Another possibility is:
    some ...
    some ...
    some ...
    others ...

    I don't particularly like the suggestion of:
    some ...
    others ...
    still others ...
    yet others ...
    and so on :)
    It seems to me that a reference to others includes everything except what has been mentioned already. That makes it difficult to follow.
