Someone well-behaved

Hello everyone,

I know we can say "a well-behaved person"

But can we say" someone well-behaved" or "someone hard-working"?

Besides if I say "a totally broken glass" here "totally broken" is not a compound adjective.

Am I right?

Thanks so much for your kind help!

I'd prefer it with "who is" after "Someone" but there's no grammatical error in this sentence.
