Hello,
“I like to imagine readers taking this collection to their own favorite nighttime roost, somewhere with an amber light to shade the darkness, somewhere with stars close by, somewhere with the scents and sounds of darkness.
From Let There Be Night: Testimony on Behalf of the Dark by Paul Bogard
How can I understand “somewhere” here? The writer is imagining these 3 places, and because it is imagination, it is vague and that is why “some here” is used . Am I correct?
