"Specific effects on the auditory system and non specific effects charged to other organs are ascribed to it"
che ne pensate? Grazie

"Specific effects on the auditory system and non specific effects charged to other organs are ascribed to it"

Maybe better: "Both specific effects on the capacity of the auditory system and non-specific effects on other organs can be attributed to this."

But I would probably substitute the precise reference for "this" at the end. "this process"? "this level of noise"? "this machinery"? something like that, because in English, it's best not to end a sentence with an unspecified "this" in formal writing.

And "non-specific" does not sound great to my ears, but I'm not sure of the medical context: perhaps "more diffuse effects" ( = "effetti più diffusi") or "less localized effects" ( = "effetti meno circoscritti").
