How do you say in German
"sorry for my bad level of German" or something similar?

Thank you.

    Hello deybyssyto :)

It depends on the situation: Who is the person you are speaking to? Your future employer? Some guy you met on a train?

The wording will differ according to the situation and addressee.

I am talking to a teacher. So it'll better be quite formal.

"Bitte entschuldigen Sie mein schlechtes Deutsch."
"Entschuldigen Sie bitte meine schlechten Deutschkenntnisse."

But this would be a very good "Deutsch", so maybe you need some mistakes in the sentences or you make yourself a liar. ;)

Or maybe you could just say something simple like "Tut mir leid, mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut."
