Segun el dicionario Collins es "cita jugosa". Es la primera vez que lo veo.

Creo que a lo que se referia es que cuando venga la parte de la entrevista en donde te pregunte acerca de ti, no le des un "historia sin fin". Simplemente, ten un buen resumen de tu vida " highlights". Ejemplo: donde naciste, donde te graduaste...que experiencias en tu vida te han influenciado...etc. Corto pero jugoso!

I think you need to change the title of your post to express what you want to learn. A sound bite, is a very short audio or video clip. The meaning of your sentence is that people take a small portion of what someone is saying or doing and then repeat it. These small clips are often taken out of context.
