Traducción: "In the case of inventions in particular, and in accordance with the section 20 of the Act 11/1986, of 20th March, on patents for inventions and utility models, only the University has the entitlement to the inventions created by teachers as a result of their researches at the University, being those confined to their teaching and research functions".

What do you think about the translation into English? does it sound natural in a legal context?

    Thanks for your help!
