Hello,

I am trying to write an e-mail to a client asking for the artwork of her company that we are about to include in our publication as an advert. Unfortenatelly, she doesn´t seem to understand Spanish nor English. Could somebody please tell me how to say in German:

I don't understand what you want to say here. Are you providing "specifications" (whatever that means in this context), or are you (as you said in your introduction) requesting artwork?

Please be more specific and don't forget that we can't compose a whole letter for you, so you'll have to set priorities as to what you want translated. I suspect, for example, that you can handle the "Good Morning" and "Thank you" bits on your own. ;)

    All the best.
