Hello amigos!
-What regime do you think it´s the best?
- I stand for monarchy.

" Stand for monarchy" could be replaced by " Stick with monarchy"?

Thanks in advance!!

Context was requested. We still need it.

What regime do you think it's the best? This is not English. I am guessing it may be an attempt at What regime do you think is best?

In American English, regime is not normally used to refer to a political system. Rather, it refers to a government in power at a given time.

I thought the speaker wanted to show his/her preference for monarchy!!
Am I right? A monarchy supporter?
If I have guessed correctly about the question, then neither of
    I stand for monarchy.

    or

    { I } Stick with monarchy

is idiomatic English. Neither one directly addresses the question.
