Hi,
Say so and so has worked at a job for 10 years, and then the person moves on to a different job in a completely different field. Are the 10 years considered a stint, a period, or time working?

It is definitely time working. 10 years is also a "time period". Usually "a stint" is shorter than 10 years, but not always.

So it could be all 3 things. It depends on the sentence and the purpose.
