Stuck in the old days

Hello everyone,

Does the expression "stuck in the old days" (my definition: out of touch with the current world; not doing or thinking the way most people do or think these days) sound natural/correct in the examples I made below (in American English or British)?

a. What? You daughter is going to get married? But she's only 14. Well, I think I'm stuck in the old days.
b. My son often says I'm stuck in the old days. But I don't agree with him.
c. Some people get stuck in the old days, and refuse to change.

Thank you in advance!
