Hello,

Does "substitution contract" exist? Do you use it?

It is a contract where the person employed substitues another person.

Thank you

We have substitue teachers who work on contracts, but I have not heard of a substitute contract. That sounds more like the contract has been substituted, not the person.

Then, how do you say it in English? When a person is contracted to substitude another person, how do you call this kind of contract?

    Thank you!!

The word is substitute. One could have an interim contract or a short term contract - we have these for people who take over during pregnancy leaves for example. My work calls them temporary contracts.
