Hi, I have a little question about the use of "such a" in that sentence:
"...that’s what is required to tackle such a burning issue that climate change is"
Is it grammatically correct?

    No. These all work, but note that “burning issue” is a phrase that can’t really be altered.

    That’s what is required to tackle such a burning issue as climate change.
    That’s what is required to tackle so important an issue as climate change.
    That’s what is required to tackle an issue as/so important as climate change [is].
    That’s what is required to tackle the burning issue that climate change is. (or: that is climate change)

    That’s what is required to tackle such a burning issue as climate change.
    LB's examples are correct in AE also. But some AE speakers would avoid using an "as" clause when using a "such" phrase. For example, they could say the same thing this way:

    That is how to handle climate change. That’s what is required to tackle such a burning issue.
