Topper Harley said to Ramada who came back to him

But I knew this day would come. I knew one day you'd come crawling back begging for forgiveness. Groveling, sniveling, pleading for another chance. Sorry, sweetheart, but this all-day sucker is down to the soggy stick.

What is the meaning of "down to the soggy stick"?

    A sucker is a lollipop.
a piece of hard candy attached to the end of a small stick that is held in the hand while the candy is licked.
Once all the candy is gone, all that remains is a soggy stick:) It's figurative, of course.
