Hi, there. I have a problem in understanding the meaning of "supply of a going concern". The sentence is "you applied for a private ruling relating to GST and supply of a going concern". Does the "going concern" means an ongoing business? and how to understand the "supply" of a going concern? Thanks in advance

Please tell us the source of the sentence, and also tell us what "GST" stands for.
Thanks for your reply! GST stands for Goods and Services Tax. It is a notice of private ruling issued by tax authorities to a wholly-foreign-owned enterprise incorporated in Australia.
