That's a tricky one. English compounds comprising survival are usually translated as 'Überlebens-'.
I can only think of 'Crash-Kurs' right now, as that is most likely understood by most Germans and implies a very quick and basic introduction to a given subject.
Somebody will come up with a better solution, I'm sure.
Thought of another one: How about Überleben auf Spanisch?
I have to admit it sounds slightly awkward and it should be made clear in the context that it refers to a language course. Erste Hilfe Spanisch - perhaps it'd be considered inappropriate by some.
