Suspect someone of/or something?

"XYZ" intentionally dropped the jar, so that no one suspects him of/for having supernatural abilities.

“XYZ” intentionally dropped the jar, so that he is not suspected of/for having supernatural abilities by anyone.

They are suspecting "XYZ" of/for doing this.

I don’t know what all that’s about, but the preposition needed is “of” — we suspect people “of” something.

She was suspected of having left the door unlocked.
    Einstein was suspected of disloyalty…
The company was suspected of paying bribes.
He has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
