    Hi everybody!
How should I say "Política de sustituciones para excedencias"? I have problems for translating "sustituciones" Would it be replacement, or Substitution?

    My attempt:
[Fill-in / Replacement] during leave of absence policy
Policy for [filling-in / replacement] during leave of absence

Could be "substitute" or "replacement"... Substitute sounds more temporary. You could say "temporary replacement". But in your specific context...I would say Venus is correct.
