Swedish: imorgon så kommer vi att vara för de många, många människorna

Vi är för de många människorna.

Imorgon så kommer vi att vara för de många, många människorna.

The speaker then goes on to talk about the company's hiring initiatives, which are the main topic of the video (how many local jobs they have created recently, etc.).

What do the quoted phrases mean?

The interpretation that springs to mind is:
The company serves the larger public, rather than just a small and exclusive group, and they aim to serve an even bigger group of people ("de många, många") in the future.

But this guess remains uncorroborated so far.

Your interpretation seems right, but some more context would be useful. Which company, or what kind of company, is this?

It's IKEA. (Though I don't think the person speaking in this video is representing the entirety of the company, just the division he's responsible for.)

That makes sense. According to their website, IKEA's so-called "vision" is ”Att skapa en bättre vardag för de många människorna.”

In English, the "vision" is explained in this way:

“To create a better everyday life for the many people.” This vision goes beyond home furnishing. We want to have a positive impact on the world – from the communities where we source our raw materials to the way our products help our customers live a more sustainable life at home.

Of course, as you write, "the many people" also implies that their products are for everybody, not for an exclusive group.

Your video builds on the official "vision", by using the same words ("de många människorna") and emphasizing "många" by doubling it. By creating more jobs, the company provide an income for more people in the community. And the new employees are presumably also able to serve more customers. So, yes, they will serve an even bigger group of people.

Of course, as you write, "the many people" also implies that their products are for everybody, not for an exclusive group.

To me, it also implies they are not from a native English-speaking country, which admitedly might be intentional as they play quite heavily on their Swedish identity. I would leave out the word "people".
