Hon var lite knasiga....?

What does this sentence mean as I can't find knasiga in the dictionary, unless it's spelt wrong ?

Thanks in the UK I think dozey suits fine here though not balmy as that means the weather is or is set to be warm and fine. It should be spelt barmy meaning a bit nutty, a fruitcake, a thread loose, round the bend, not all there, loopy, off centre there probably being quite a few choice options in Swedish as well....:)
