I came across the sentence:
– Men nu får det väl ändå ta och räcka lite!
In "En man som heter Ove". I think it's just an annoyed way of saying "That's enough!". It seems really long though so am I wrong?

You're right! That's a really long way of saying "that's enough"! Quite unusual though to have lite at the end.
Here I started with a short version and expanded it.

Knowing the character Ove though, I'm surprised he didn't use any curse words. If we (hypothetically) wanted to squeeze in some profanity around there somewhere would "Men nu får det för fan väl ändå ta och räcka lite!" be natural?

Words as 'väl', 'ju', 'alltså' you can exclude from the sentence and the meaning remains the same, Liksom i princip alltså, om jag säger, liksom vet du ju
Liksom liksom, alltså alltså, liksom alltså, liksom alltså Alltså alltså, liksom liksom, alltså liksom,Liksom i princip alltså :)
