Swiss Chard/Zarchi

Come si dice in italiano...Zarchi (siciliano)? nell'inglese è "swiss chard".

it is a big green leaf, we put it in soup...

should I use nell' like that, in italian, or would there be a better way to phrase that question... As always, corrections are welcomed!

swiss chard is "bietola"
you should have said: come si dice Zarchi in italiano?

you most certaintly did thank you!, i am still trying to figure out the usage of "nell", "in" has always felt right, but i think i i must have confused myself somewhere along the way.
