    Hola:

Mis intentos (no se cuál es mejor en este caso): You are like a rainbow which/that colours up my life/brightens up my life/lights up my life every day.

    Muchas gracias.

You are like a rainbow, brightening up my life each day.
I prefer brighten up to light up here as a rainbow can´t really lighten up anything. If you want to use colour, use it without up.
    Nice image! :)

    Hello,

Going back to the original question, could we say "you shine a light on me /on my life?" for "tú iluminas mi vida"?.

(It came to my mind with blasita's question but I'm not sure the rainbow can "shine a light")

    "You light up my life!"
Debbie Boone, like a million years ago, wow!
