    "At here" is unusual, Silver. I've heard it before, but I doubt that it is worth copying or preserving.

    "Here" should be enough.

    I would understand that I needed to take a look at something, presumably something being pointed to with a hand gesture, but I would dismiss it as a poor choice of words, as though the speaker had confused "look here" and "take a look at this".
