take...before, until, to

It took me months until I got used to it.
It took me months before I got used to it.
It took me months to get used to it.

Do they mean all the same? Can they be used interchangeably?

    Yes, that's why I've asked this question. Sometimes, I hear or read "take... until" and some other times "take...before." So I was curious whether it was just a matter of choice rather than the difference in meaning or nuance. Thanks, owlman.
