John and Lori are in a moveless car, John receives an important call, takes out a piece of paper with an address and tells Lori at the wheel:
-- Go. Take Columbus to Herald and get on the expressway.
Ted, movie

I suppose "Columbus" and "Herald" are streets. So he may mean: drive along Combus untill you get to Herald, then drive along Herald until the expressway.
Right?
The movie is set in Boston.

Thanks.

That's the idea. It turns out that while Columbus and Herald are both streets that go through Boston's South End neighborhood, they don't actually intersect. You'd really have to take Columbus to Arlington, then to Herald. But who has time to look at a map?
