take out / take-out / takeout

If I want to use it as a noun, to mean a kind of resturant, should I write:
1. There's a Chinese takeout over the street.
2. There's a Chinese take-out over the street.
3. There's a Chinese take out over the street.

I think 1 is right, and 2 might be right. But 3 is wrong because we only write them separately if we are using it as a phrase verb.

Am I right?
Thank you!
