Hello,
If you talk with someone and he doesn't listen to you, would you say that you feel like you talk with/to the walls?
Thanks

In Britain we say "It's like talking to a brick wall", we don't say "to the walls", or even "to the wall", as far as I know, it's always a brick one!

I have heard "talking to the wall" in BE.
This from a poem by Howard Wright:

"the barman is calling last orders, last orders please,
though he might as well be talking to the wall."
